About
Less noise. More mechanism.
Plans for Your Body publishes plans for people who want to fix a problem, not collect advice about it.
What we do
We read the guidelines, the trials and the recognised experts, then turn them into a clear plan. Every plan runs the same sequence, so the answer is always in the same place.
- Blood sugar and insulin: insulin resistance, prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, fatty liver.
- Heart and circulation: cholesterol, blood pressure, heart-attack risk.
- Weight, food and hormones: body composition, fasting, sleep.
House rules
- Sources under every plan. If we can’t cite it, we don’t write it.
- Expert disagreements are shown, not smoothed over.
- Every plan says where it stops working.
- Health content isn’t medical advice. Talk to a medical doctor, supplements included.
Questions
- What is Plans for Your Body?
- An independent Canadian site, published by By Any Means: one health goal, one precise plan. Every plan follows the same structure: the answer, the mechanism, the plan, how to measure it, where experts disagree, and where it stops working.
- Who writes the plans?
- By Any Means. We synthesize clinical guidelines, trials and the recognised experts in each field, with sources listed under every plan. We are not doctors and don’t pretend to be.
- Why a “Where experts disagree” section?
- Because credible experts don’t always agree, and hiding that would be more convenient than true. We show who says what, then give our read.
- Are the translations reliable?
- Non-English versions are translated by AI and may contain inaccuracies, including of context. The English version is the reference.
